Who is REMTECH, inc?
From its beginning in 1970 to today, REMTECH has been involved in
applying state of the art technology to solutions needed in both government and
private industry. In the first 25 years, the company was primarily involved in
developing complex engineering/scientific software and technology solutions for
government agencies and contractors such as NASA, US Army, US Air Force, Lockheed,
Boeing, and Northrop.
After an ownership change in 1995, the company moved from government contracting
to providing computer outsourcing support for large manufacturers, primarily in
the steel industry. Then in 2001, the owners began development of a technology
based product with the potential for providing a positive educational impact on
all adults in America. This product is called TimeMAPS and is interactive computer
software to enhance the teaching and learning of personal financial concepts and
life skills.
During the early years of TimeMAPS evolution, the objective was to develop a
comprehensive teaching and learning solution having the following characteristics

capabilities shown above.
In a teaching environment, the software together with a web based Teacher Resource
Center and Online Testing System provide a comprehensive, affordable solution for
teaching and learning financial literacy and life skills in the classroom, home
